I am proficient at giving classroom trainings about various IT aspects with a mainfocus on End-Users.


As a Microsoft Certified Trainer my main focus is offcourse the Microsoft products, for example: Office365, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 etc. 


I also have a profound knowledge of the Google G-suite.


I am specialized in Unified Communications training for First Line workers. For example Skype For Business, Microsoft Teams or Cisco's Webex.


Given the current sanitairy conditions the use of online tooling is perfectly possible. Teams, Zoom, etc are perfectly adapted to give online trainings.

Through an intensive 1 on 1 session you can assimilate more than in a classical classroom training. We will first tackle how you currently work and together we will improve the challenges you want to overcome.


I can also assist you with softskills training for first line workers. For example: call responder training.

My Professional Career

I started my career as a Customer Service Representative for Corona Direct Insurances in January 2007.

There I grew steadily in the company to finally become an experienced Technical / Soft skills Trainer, learning Technical Insurance skills to the new joiners and teams. I coached the teams into using the right scripts and care for the customer through empathy.

Always having had some affinity with Information Technology I took the bold step to switch industries and joined Realdolmen - Inetum in November 2017 as an Microsoft Office Trainer / User Adoption specialist. During this period I worked on projects for different Industries: automotive, pharma, government,....

Since July 2020 I went back to my old love, Insurance, since I had gotten the chance to join the Traviata for Insurance Carriers team at Realdolmen - Inetum where I represent the teams as a Pre-Sales Consultant.

Yet something kept creeping inside my. I felt I could start my own business and after some thought I went for it. I Started VeeCay Coaching & Training November 1st, 2020 as a Freelancer.
